Tasting Notes: Enticing aromas of red cherries, cedar and spice, this is an incredibly elegant pinot noir filled with expressive cherry fruit, white pepper and wafts of light vanillin flavors on the palate. Perfectly balanced for sipping yet spectacular with herb-crusted lamb, slow-cooked roasts, tenderloins of pork swathed in a fruit glaze, or cranberry-stuffed turkey.
